One to Two Inches of Rain Coming Thursday | Watching Possible Nor’easter Sunday

The next storm system heading our way has the potential to drop one to two inches of rain across the DC Region between Thursday afternoon and the pre-dawn hours on Friday (image below from European Forecast Model, courtesy Pivotal Weather).

The rain is forecast to begin falling in the District during the mid to late morning hours on Thursday with rain and embedded thunderstorms continuing through the overnight hours.  Rain and embedded storms are forecast to be out of here by the pre-dawn hours on Friday morning.
