Ensembles for Saturday Snow Storm Suggests Sledding & Snowmen

The blend of the European Ensembles below shows about 2 to 4″ falling across the D.C. region on Saturday with some locations picking up 3 to 6″.

The Global Ensemble Forecast System (American model) image below (courtesy Wxbell) shows 2 to 4″ across our region with higher amounts of up to 5″.

Bottom Line:  Unless this storm veers off course, we are looking at a widespread two to four inches of snow with locally higher amounts. Enjoy the Spring-like temperatures on Friday (in the 60s)… it won’t last for long.
