March is notorious for being fickle with warmth followed by snow storms. Wednesday will be one of the warmest days we have had in weeks with highs reaching the 50s.
However, an arctic front will approach and pass through the DC Area Wednesday night, stalling just to our east. Meanwhile a wave of low pressure may ride along the front possibly producing heavy, wet, accumulating snow Wednesday night into Thursday.

Nasty ice storm today by Prince Georges County standards, my parking lot is a sheet of ice.
